All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

• Within Tamil Nadu: 1–3 working days
• Rest of India: 2–5 working days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
Free shipping may be available on selected offers or minimum order value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
You can use this to track your order status in real-time.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:
• Weather conditions
• Courier service issues
• Remote location delivery

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.

7. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package:
• Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged), OR
• Contact us within 24–48 hours with photos
